Appreciation day

Teacher's day is one of the special days in Viet Nam which is on the 20 November. Most teachers recieve heaps of gifts, flowers or their students take them to the restaurant for a feed to express their appreciation to their teachers who give them knowledge.

When I was a student I loved this moment, going out with my class mates to visit my teachers at their homes, talk to them. Experience can be gained in real life but what you learnt from teachers is also important and can be used in real life.

Hi,

Do you know that there is a teachers day in India also?

The birthday of a great scholar called Dr. Radhakrishnan who was a teacher and rose to the level of one of the earlier Presidents of India is celebrated across India as the Teachers Day.
