This is one of the ugliest monument I've ever seen in my life. It's located in the best location in the beautiful city of Nha Trang. I wonder where all the best architects are? Tell me what do you think.
The good architects left and found good paying jobs outside Vietnam. What you got there were designed by the leftovers....Vietnam will move forward just fine...good luck
I love Nha Trang and this thing is ugly... I was back in Nha Trang last summer to visit my aunt; my niece was riding me around and told me that for some this thingy was call the penis of the city. It's just sad and not funny at all...
